About Sheena

Throughout my career, I've worn many creative hats. I've exhibited my artwork, co-founded and opened a gallery, curated exhibitions, published a literary and arts magazine, worked as a set and stage designer, taught students of all ages, and developed community-based creative initiatives. These experiences have allowed me to work alongside artists, aspiring creatives, and lifelong learners as they explore ideas, navigate challenges, and bring meaningful projects to life.

One of the most valuable lessons I learned while pursuing my MBA in Leadership and Innovation Management is that meaningful growth rarely begins with having all the answers. It begins with curiosity, reflection, and the willingness to take the next step, even when the path is not yet fully clear.

That lesson has shaped both my creative practice and my work as a mentor. Creativity, like leadership, often requires us to navigate uncertainty, trust our instincts, and move forward before everything feels perfectly resolved.
